PROFILE:
Born in Liverpool, England, Michael "Silk" Olajide, Jr. and
his family moved
to Vancouver, Canada in 1970. At 18 years of age, Michael began his
career
as a professional boxer. He was a highly respected championship boxer
whose
fights were televised internationally. In 1991, Michael retired from
the
ring and created truly innovative and endlessly challenging athletic
fitness
programs, Aerobox, Aerojump, Aerosculpt and Aerobox
Impact classes
which he teaches worldwide. He is also a considerable fight technician
for
major movies.
